EMS Education Center is located in New Lenox on the Silver Cross Hospital campus

The EMS Education Center is located on the Silver Cross Hospital campus in New Lenox, IL just to the north of the ER in the BUSINESS CENTER at 710 Cedar Crossing Drive, New Lenox IL 60451. The Education Center is on the 1st floor of the Business Center just to the right once inside the main entrance. The building is locked and accessible only as authorized.

EMS Offices-Inside the ER:

If you are an ACTIVE MEMBER on one of our fire departments or ambulance services, you may use the punch code access at the Ambulance Bay doors for entry into the building (this code is known amongst our EMS providers only).

The EMS OPERATIONS office is located to the right and just inside the doors that lead from the bay into the ER. The EMS Paramedic Report room is the last door on the right and the EMS Operations office is the 2nd to the last door on the right.

All System Entry and testing is done in the EMS Operations office.

If you are not an EMS provider and do not know the code to enter through the ER bay, then please enter at the main ER entrance. Once inside the Emergency Department you will need to request an escort to our specific offices as the patient care areas are locked and accessible by badge only.
